New podcasts by Mark Saunokonoko
« on: October 24, 2020, 12:40:01 PM »
A taster podcast has been issued and more are in the pipeline. In this first one MS interviews HCW.

MS "Do you know with 100% certainty that CB was in PdL on the night that Madeleine vanished?"

The reply is that it's an assumption. They can't prove CB was using the phone or that he was in PdL when he did so. Wolters didn't know that the mast didn't belong to the Ocean Club and he didn't know the size of the area it covered.

MS "The German police have described it as a homicide investigation and the Metropolitan police as a missing person investigation... Which one is correct and how long has it been confirmed?"

Due to their evidence the germans have to say that Madeleine is dead and CB killed her. Wolters doesn't know why the UK police are investigating a missing person. He says the Germans have no body or part of a body and no forensic evidence. The evidence is strong enough to talk about, but not enough to lay charges or issue an arrest warrant. They became sure during the last two years.

Wolters doesn't know what evidence the Met have. MS asked them and they replied;

"We do not have definitive evidence whether Madeleine is alive or dead"

mMS "Do you believe your suspect acted alone?"

Wolters declined to comment.

MS "Is the concrete evidence that Madeleine is dead or that CB is responsible for her murder?"

Wolters "Both; it's combined, it's the same"

MS "Why hasn't CB been charged?"

Wolters says they can't charge until they're sure they'll get a conviction, and they're not. Their evidence isn't strong enough to get an arrest warrant for the crime.

MS "What exactly do you need?"

Wolters doesn't know. Maybe witnesses, photos or a video. All he knows is that they need more.

MS asks about the dogs. Wolters isn't allowed to comment on the past investigations or whether his concrete evidence fits the suggestion that there may have been a death in 5A.

Asked about the Smith sighting Wolters didn't comment.

Finally Wolters says it will be weeks or months before they will know if they have enough to charge CB. He doesn't know if they will suceed, but he's hopeful. Only after CB is charged will the concrete evidence be revealed.

Oh, wowser so the dogs could have been right after all imo.

How odd though that the concreate evidence will only be shown if CB is charged or comment on the past investigation

Just listened to the interview and it’s an absolute car crash for Wolter.
Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

Wolters isn't interested in the alerts or the Smith sighting...he says he has something far more important.. strong evidence ...
This evidence is not the phone or his friends witness statements...this is strong evidence of stranger abduction

Well I guess we need to wait and see what this strong evidence amounts to. Shouldn't be long now.

Just listened to the interview and it’s an absolute car crash for Wolter.

For some reason he's the only spokesperson for the German investigation and his ignorance is showing, particularly about the phone evidence.

The problem for investigators is that members of the public have an unprecedented knowledge of this case due to the release of the PJ Files.

Do try to be precise. Evidence of murder by CB is what he said. You are assuming that abduction precedes murder, but Wolters didn't say it.

Quite. Redwood was challenged about the father who was going the wrong way to fit OG's story, remember?

I am assuming abduction precedes murder...how else could CB have murdered MM.
Wolters also seemed unsure when Maddie died which together with CBs alleged statement means he thinks she may have not been killed immediately but kept alive for several days

He may not understand exactly what phone evidence the German detectives have only that it places CB in Luz.

Perhaps someone else stole Madeleine for Brueckner to abuse.  If in fact he did.  But it would still be Abduction and Conspiracy.

So how could CB have murdered Maddie if she was not the victim of a stranger abduction....you need to think before you post

The point I am making is that Wolters has strong evidence that Maddie was murdered,...taking everything into consideration this to me means there must be strong evidence if not proof of stranger abduction...the difficult part is proving CB was involved

.the difficult part is proving CB was involved

Very difficult if he wasn't.....HCW doesn't sound as confident as he was IMO.
