I cannot believe the McCanns are trying to make out this is not about money. Thats the biggest joke in all of this.

Thrilled with the results.

I rather hope Amaral does not attempt to sue the McCanns though, or this whole things never going to end.

And Madeleine McCann is once again prominently in public focus.

Any publicity being good publicity presumably.

@Pegasus
Will Goncalo Amaral sue all those supporters who have posted  free English translations of his book online, breaching copyright & depriving him of income?
IMO he won't.
I would recommend that Mr Amaral should release an online version of the book free.
BTW I would also suggest that KM should release an online version of her book free.

Both authors wrote their books honestly and sincerely with the overriding aim of ensuring the case is solved.
Therefore it would be absurd to act against their free availability online.

I'm afraid we will have to agree to disagree here. Everything is about the money in this whole sorry story.

Thank you. I have read the forum for a few months now and delayed joining as it didn't seem the friendliest of places from the outside looking in. But I felt the need to join after the news about the appeal :)

Nope, it's about revenge and money for the mccanns.

That is the attitude of the mccanns and some of their supporters.

What goes around comes around. If they thought Amaral was going to submit they now know he'll never bow down to them. They got it right it's called a FIGHTING fund.
