Anyone notice how the pretrial propaganda videos are being released on the news? Yesterday we had the prosecution's showing Oscar enthusiastically firing the gun he used to kill Reeva! Today we have the defense's lovely dovey vids of Oscar and Reeva out shopping.

So transparent!

All of these defence shenanigans, playing the media, PR and expensive lawyers, are now SOP for well heeled or canny suspects.

Unfortunately for them these tactics are slowly backfiring, as we the weary public start to recognise a predictable pattern, the wealthy purveying the "truth" on camera.

They are training us to be cynical.  OJ did it, then MJ, the Ramsey's, ad nauseum.  We are sick of being treated like idiots by smart defence teams.

Soon, even an innocent individual will be presumed guilty by the general public, if they start using the media this way.

The fact that the prosecution wil be under scrutiny more seems to have bypassed you here LOL

If that article is accurate (which it may not be), how could the prosecution be under scrutiny if defence rebuttals and witnesses can't be viewed?
