As some will be aware, even the police sometimes get it wrong.  The CCRC have seen all the so-called withheld evidence and found none of it had any bearing on the case.

It looks like the CT or Bamber of both? are after the paperwork relating to the initial theory of murder/suicide

Note the date: 06.09.85 this was before JM's testimony on 7th Sept plus and silencer/blood on 13th Sept.  Most will agree these two aspects underpin JB's conviction.

I signed that petition ages ago BUT it is easy to keep claiming that evidence is withheld, even if it isn't and EP can't hand over what they don't have.

Bamber seems to go through phases of stating.

1) I have EVERYTHING and it's becoming clear how the police set me up!
And
2) The police are refusing to release documents and hiding behind PII rules.

The PII excuse only usually works on the lowest of the food chain supporters who eat this up. Does anyone really believe that IF the police had set Bamber up, they would have kept files that prove this and just decided to hide them under PII?
