Luke Wins his right to challenge the parole board

So Mr Mitchell has had a win. He’s been able to show that there was something wrong with his parole hearing. Police in Cahoots with the sccrc I’m hearing

He hasn't had any wins. He lost the judicial review of his original parole hearing today. A victory for common legal sense over conspiracy theories.

Didn’t you say that Luke Mitchell had no legal representation?

Another parole hearing before April.
Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

What do you think the parole verdict will be in April?

These people who believe him innocent and want him released - I wonder if they’d be happy on his release to invite Mitchell into their homes and let him date their daughters or babysit their grandkids?  Hand on heart, would they have absolutely no reservations whatsoever?  I simply don’t believe they would be ok with it (unless they truly are stark staring bonkers).

Faithlily has already stated she would have LM round for tea, best china etc, if he ever gets out - but she is stark raving bonkers, in my opinion.

Well if she makes good on her promise I sincerely hope I’m not reading about her in the papers after he’s visited.  Of course it’s all very well claiming on an anonymous internet forum that you’d be happy to host LM on his release, quite another thing in real life when your friends and family might have a different view about it and whose safety may be put at risk by having a violent murderer come to tea.

It's all just internet bravado. LM would only be released on strict license conditions and not allowed to visit lone females due to his parole review criteria restrictions. I think Faithlily is in England so not sure if her dream will ever be realised.

Sandra Lean is in Scotland I believe so she can put him up. Seriously, I suspect if he is ever released it won’t be long before he’s broken one of his parole conditions and he’d be back behind bars pdq.

SL was sacked by LM so unlikely they will meet up soon. I agree IF he ever gets out he will not be able to keep his parole conditions, not even with the help of GC his on/off girlfriend no.6 from 2003/4.

Unless LM and his team prove his innocence before release, Vertigo!

Do you think that’s remotely likely?

JB/SL isn't remotely interested. She wants this to go on forever so she can get attention. Page 17 of the local rag at best, but these are desperate times for SL/JB after being kicked off the LM campaign for financial impropriety.

Heaven knows, Vertigo!
It just takes a lucky break like the Malkinson case!
At least there's a bit of a shake-up going on with the SCCRC at the moment!

I think it's funny that Joe Bloggs doesn't even attempt to speak any differently from the "DR"... pathetic. Worst thing/person that could have appointed herself as Mitchell's spokesperson
