(1021): It is normal practice to plead Guilty to Manslaughter... without a supporting statement??

(1022):How could The Defence and Prosecution be ready for trial in October 2011.. when in May 2011 when Dr
Vincent Tabak made his "Guilty to Manslaughter plea...  He hadn't told anyone what had happened ??

(1023): Is it normal practice to go for A straight 'Murder charge at trial.. "when The Guilty to Manslaughter type
            hadn't been clarified ??

(1024):  What were Dr Vincent Tabak's original charges when he was first arrested ??

(1025):  Have those in positions of power overstepped the mark??

Given the amount of thread cleaning which has been required recently, posters should ensure that their comments are relevant to the thread they intend to post on.  A single comment can take a thread off at a tangent so please bear this in mind.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
