Title: When starting a new thread please include sufficient content and a link.

When starting a new thread it is customary to include sufficient content which will enable the reader to form at least an initial response without having to go off searching for data.  All too often we have seen new threads started with a sentence or even less.

Please include a link where relevant when starting threads and even a photograph if one is available. Editors spend enough time cleaning up off topic threads without having to tidy up opening posts as well. TY

Members starting new threads must ensure that the information provided is both accurate and fit for purpose.  All too often members attempt to start threads for the wrong reasons and include spurious claims which are uncorroborated.

A reminder if one were needed, this forum operates on the basis of verifiable information.
