Oh OK, I have seen it before.
OK but can you refute all that new evidence as raised in the ITV production?

Measurement.  Look at the length of the genuine 7" long P-H moderator in the MWT video and compare it with the exposed length of the Anschutz metal barrel to which it is attached.  It's almost as long as the barrel itself.  In the attachments below, look how much longer the non-carbine version's barrel is in comparison.

Was it ever stated in Court what type of gun was lying on Sheila's lap?  That is the gun that was used,  Was it a carbine or LR type?

Anshutz 525 user manual - discusses safety switch.  Page 9 file:///C:/Users/Robert/Downloads/BA_525_1993-08-01_DE.pdf

ON page 10 the manual talks about adjusting the manual sights.  Has it ever been recorded as to what the murder weapon's sights were set at?  What distance were they set at?

Only a skilled shooter would have readjusted the sights for short-range work.

Why would I need to? It was rejected when submitted to the CCRC last time.

But still, you need to ask yourself were they right.

I don't think they were right. There is not really any evidence to say that the marks on Nevill's back happened on the night of the murders and in order to conduct an experiment with the rifle and the silencer, they need to have used like for like and they didn't. Different rifle, different silencer and cold thick hard pig skin is no match for the warm soft skin on Sheila's throat. They got A result, not a definitive result.

Little piglets can be quite cuddly too.

There was no need to adjust the iron sights because the victims were taken out at very close range, hence little need to be super accurate when aiming.
It's one of them cases, in'it... one of them f*ckin' cases.

Of course!... It became a court exhibit.  Did you think EP lost it?  Damage to the Anschutz 525 stock on Sheila's body; PC Whiddon demonstrating the damaged stock to the press; Stan Jones carrying the actual Anschutz to Chelmsford Crown Court (and another detective with a map of Bamber's alleged travel route to and from WHF)...

The video has Bews saying Bamber spotted the movement in the window. No surprise there.

The pictures of Sheila's bullet wounds are covered in blood. So not possible to compare it to pigs skin bullet marks.

Agree Nevill's burn marks were inflicted on the night. Without a silencer attached. Would have been inflicted after Bamber had finished shooting everyone & put the silencer away.  To make sure Nevill was dead prior to exiting WHF. He would have lifted Nevill onto the coal scuttle first.

He would not have used the murder weapon to burn Nevill's back. That was now upstairs on Sheila. There were other weapons there.

I was wondering if they ever defined it as LR or Carbine?

It's obvious it isn't a carbine in both the crime scene and unofficial photos.

LR version and carbine version of an Anschutz rifle (the 520 is a slightly earlier version of the 525 but virtually indistinguishable to an untrained eye. The 520 was also made with a standard length barrel)...

is there 2 barrel lengths 18 inches and 24 inches?  Are you saying they used the wrong barrel length in the documentary?  http://miscarriageofjustice.co/index.php?topic=4046.msg606505#msg606505 says it had a 28 inch barrel.
I have been unable to find any references to a carbine model Anschutz 525 rifle.
