the article I posted expalined that a judge has to order a dna sample from a suspect so nothing you have posted is new....on a judges order it can actually be taken forcibly...there is nothing in both articles you have posted that is not in the cite I had already provided...

That is true but there is nothing we can do about that, but I would be very frustrated if the forum became a whole series of "DLTD" posts.
