Dewani lawyers take case to Supreme Court in attempt to stop extradition.

In their latest bid to thwart the extradition of murder suspect millionaire Shrien Dewani, lawyers have launched a bid to take the case before the UK Supreme Court.

It is the latest move to prevent the 33-year-old British businessman from being sent back to South Africa to face trial over his brides death.

In July, chief magistrate Howard Riddle ruled at Westminsters' Magistrates Court that Dewani should be extradited to South Africa and rejected his attempt to remain in the UK for hospital treatment for mental health problems.
