OS brief description of Sheila committing the massacre :

From the OS. Which has Bamber's signature.

'It is possible that while Sheila reloaded the rifle it gave Nevill time to get to the phone? Imagine the gun being fired not in a rage like the one on the video, but in a house where there are furnishings to absorb the noise.

Jeremy is convinced his father had not been injured before he called him, this leaves the possibility that the children might have already been killed before the call. It is not clear in which order members of the family were killed but it is likely to have been the twins first, followed by June, then Nevill'.

So while Sheila was re loading the rifle, in the kitchen, after shooting the twins, Neville decided to ring Bamber, rather than over power Sheila, who had no bullets in her rifle.

So if Sheila was reloading in the kitchen, with Neville also in the kitchen, phoning Bamber,  how did Neville receive his first four shots in the bedroom ?

The only other explanation is Neville left Sheila upstairs with a fully loaded rifle, while June and the twins slept. This was so Neville could telephone Bamber. This gave Sheila the chance to shoot the twins, or June.  But if things were so serious that he had to telephone Bamber, he wouldn't leave Sheila alone upstairs. With a rifle.

If Neville was downstairs phoning Bamber and not aware of Sheila shooting upstairs, he would not just say 11 words to Bamber, before the line went dead. He had time to give a better explanation.

It must have been June who Sheila shot first, while Neville was downstairs. Neville walking into the main bedroom with Sheila already there.  Apparently not aware what Sheila had been doing. Then allowing four close range shots to hit him and running downstairs rather than confront the situation. He had already rang Bamber, so must have ran downstairs for another reason.

None of it is plausible. Especially the OS saying Sheila re loading gave Neville time to spend several minutes ringing Bamber.
