"Nested Loops"

Believing as I do that the "Presentation" of many "Newspaper" Articles and The Possibility that the same "Nested Loops Structure... was used within the Court Proceedings....

I thought It's own Topic would make easier reading for anything related to this topic....

3. Nested loops
Nested loops is a storytelling technique where you layer three or more narratives within each other.

And by developing this topic, it may clearly bring to light, that there was indeed more than one "Investigation" being played out in 'The Press".. as "The Inquiry into ... Firstly.. Joanna Yeates  disappearance and secondly her "Murder"...  Was entangled in possibly Two... "Complex Crimes"...

Bringing with it "The Head Of The Complex Crime Unit"... Ann Redrrop... To the forefront of this entire prosecution of Dr Vincent Tabak and subsequent conviction of Dr Vincent Tabak culminating in her TV Interview outside Bristol Crown Court...

In understanding the structure to which "Story" is more important than any other story that is being read by the "readership"... And applying this structure to the Investigations that are taking place at the same time... And which Investigation is "The Real" story of the day.... Hopefully enabling us to differentiate between what might be perceived as an error on the part of 'The Media" and what actually pertains to another investigation nestled amongst the headlines" we are reading...

You place your most important story – the core of your message – in the centre, and use the stories around it to elaborate or explain that central principle. The first story you begin is the last story you finish, the second story you start is second to last, etc.

Nested loops works a bit like a friend telling you about a wise person in their life, someone who taught them an important lesson. The first loops are your friend’s story, the second loops are the wise person’s story. At the centre is the important lesson.

Here you can read a Transcript of this interview she made in front of many TV Camera's explaining her "Role" from late December 2010 to Dr Vincent Tabak's sentence in October 2011... And hopefully it will give a greater understanding of not only her role but her influence in this most "Ordinary" "Murder" Trial"...

Vincent Tabak was a cunning, dishonest and manipulative man who knew exactly what he was (deali) doing when he killed Joanna Yeates... Today he has been convicted by a jury of her murder last year, despite claiming he meant her know harm.. he was cunning and dishonest towards his girlfriend, with whom he had maintained a normal relationship.. Even going as far as to text her shortly after jo was dead to say he was bored..

He manipulated the Police by virtue of his Indepth research on the internet.. to keep one step ahead of the Investigation, before his arrest, looking up extradition and medical details of decomposition.. he made very selective admissions surrounding the circumstances of Jo's death which sought to cast herin an Unfavourable light... And he kept this up even when he gave Evidence to the Jury...

Tabak thought his cleverness and deceit would prevent him from being convicted of a brutal murder............. He was wrong!

Jo went missing on Friday 17th December last year after meeting with friends for a drink.. For several days the Police mounted a "Missing Person Inquiry", but with the discovery of her body on Christmas Morning, this became a "Murder Investigation...

Late in December the Police ask for assistance and guidance from The Crown Prosecution Service.. That assistance has come from "The South West Case Work Unit" based here in Bristol... I reviewed the Evidence and Advised that Vincet Tabak should be charged with this murder and began preparing this case for trial... In May this year Tabak admitted Jo's Manslaughter....but that was only part of it..

The Crowns Case is... and always has been that it was a deliberate action on his part.. And "That|is why we refused to accept his plea for Manslaughter"... and he faced trial for "Murder"o over the past $ weeks....

Jo's family have been here in Bristol, during the trial and have listened to much of the evidence... Our thoughts are with them and with her partner Greg today as Tabak begin's a life sentence for "Murdering" Jo...

Also adding that maybe some other cases on this forum might take a look at how "Nested Loops" were possibly used in their cases....
