It all depends what you mean by ´never been a suspect´.

He has certainly not been made arguido as the Mccanns were and Murat was. This does not mean that he was more or less a ´suspect´whatever that is in law- I have sen it defined nnowhere.

It seems to me to be weasel words to allow discussion of the Mccanns here involving clear defamation, but to ban the same for Dr Payne.

Are we allowed to trash Murat´s name becfause he too was arguidoed?
