Ben Needham - Government e-petition update

I just received an email update from HM e-petitions. I assume many of us received the same.

Once the number of signatures reaches 100,000 the petition merits a backbench committee review.

At 14,000 + signatures we are obviously very far away from that figure.

Is it within the remit of this forum to consider how to promote this better?

Or perhaps not all of us here agree that the case should be in receipt of substantial government funds....

Just some thoughts
