JonBenét Patricia Ramsey (6); was an American girl who was murdered in her home in Boulder, Colorado in 1996.



The six-year-old's body was found about eight hours after she was reported missing, in the basement of the family home, during a police search of the home. She had been struck on the head and strangled. The case remains unsolved, even after several grand jury hearings, and continues to generate public and media interest.

Sexual Sadist.

There was sufficient proof that the killer was a sexual sadist who was excited by the physical and psychological suffering and helplessness of his victim. JonBenet.

(1). The killer displayed an obvious interest in sexual bondage, a hallmark of the sexual sadist, which was represented by the restraints, stun gun burn marks, duct tape and cord marks to the neck and hands.

(2). The evidence found by investigators clearly indicated physical torture. It was surmised that after JonBenet was abducted, The killer took her to the basement and to the wine cellar. While there he may have bound her to a chair, gagged her with duct tape, remove her pants off and then methodically tortured her with a stun gun and raping her with a paint stick. It is believed that he then murdered JonBenet and disposed of her body in the wine cellar.

(3). The killer admitted in the wording in the ransom note that killing is on his mind and killing will not be difficult. Research conducted by experts found that, sexual sadists prefer this form of crime. They believed that the stun gun and other tools was used by the killer to act out his fantasy.

(4). It was further suggested that sexual sadists habitually plan their crimes in much greater detail than do other criminals. The three page ransom note show us this.

Who we are:

Our team is called Team JBI. We are located in the USA in the State of Michigan, the same State were John Ramsey lives today. We are in contact with John and had met him at his new Book Talk Two years ago. I help record his book talk on video for his uses.

It has been said that killers will come back to the scene of the crime and stay close to the case. This could be true of John Ramsey's book talk too. So I video the large crowd at the end of a very well done program. We had two team members there at John Ramsey's book talk and I notice an older man keeping a close eye contact on me all night long and on the way back to our lab in Michigan, the other team member noted the same close eye contact happen to this member too. He look very unhappy with us. Was it because we were recording the program, and he was in it?

This spring, I will try to ID this person from the video. It will take a trip to John's home town to perform a complete investigation.

Our lab know that many time, the killer will stay up to date about their crimes.

What is plan for 2015 on this case?

Christmas night, 12-25-1996 around 10:00 pm was the last time the Ramsey's family seen six year old JonBenet alive. Some were between 10:00 pm on the 25th and 6:00 am on the 26th, JonBenet was killed in the family home.

Her father found her around 1:05 pm on the 26th with a neighbor in a 10 foot X 12 foot cold storage room call a wine cellar in the 6,000 sq. foot basement.

The local police pointed their time toward the "FAMILY DID IT" and over look many importance items of interest.

Now this has been a cold case and very little new work has been done to help solve this crime.

We believe some one know some thing and may want to do the right thing. So we need to provide a safe way for some one to come forward and do the right thing.

Crime Stoppers

In the USA, we have what is called Crime Stoppers, this is wear a person that knows something, can contact them and give the information that can help solve a crime and not be ID as the informant. The program has help solve 1,000s of crimes.

So I ask, why has JonBenet Ramsey a six year old girl, killed Christmas night in the family home not have a Crime Stoppers Poster?

So I made some phone calls to find out why.

First I contact the farther of JonBenet Ramsey, John Ramsey. He said that the local police stop him from using the tip line for a poster they made to help solve this crime.

That does not sound right, Crime Stoppers, they are there to help every one. How could this be true?

I ask John if he would support a Crime Stoppers Poster for JonBenet Ramsey in 2014, he said yes.
I ask him if he would supply the official JonBenet picture for the Crime Stoppers poster, he said yes. This is the same picture that John Ramsey keeps in this pocket all the time. This is the  same picture we are using in this forum for your viewing.

I contact Northern Boulder Crime Stoppers to have them review the new Crime Stoppers poster idea and they said they will not support the poster. They said we could not use the Crime Stoppers tip line as well. I ask why is this that a six year old child in the USA can not has a Crime Stoppers poster?

They said they work on the case and I would need the local police to approve the idea for a JonBenet Ramsey Crime Stoppers poster.

They also said that they work the case and fill they know how killed JonBenet and this family member is dead.

The Boulder police spent $2,000,000.00 on their idea to who the killer was and its still a cold case.

I contacted the Boulder Police as they told me to do and get their support and here is what they only would say, "WE WILL DO NOTHING" They said this more than one time.

So today as of this post, JonBenet Ramsey does not have a Crime Stoppers post to give a person that may know something a safe place to do the right thing.

There is a new police chief in Boulder, so I will again contract the police to get their support for the Crime Stoppers Poster.

There is some thing not right with how this case has been handle.

One of the most importance crime scene items left by the killer was the three page Ransom Note.

I will post the ransom note for your review. We have a lot of information about the ransom note and our lab has produce a profile.

Ransom Note text:

Ransom Note:

1. "Mr. Ramsey.
2. Listen carefully! We are a group of individuals that represent
3. a small foreign faction. We xx respect your bussiness
4. but not the country that it serves. At this time we have
5. your daughter in our posession. She is safe and unharmed and
6. if you want her to see 1997, you must follow our instructions to
7. the letter.
8. You will withdraw $118,000.00 from your account.$100,000 will be
9. in $100 bills and the remaining $18,000 in $20 bills. Make sure 
10. that you bring an adequate size attache to the bank. When you get
11. home you will put the money in a brown paper bag. I will call you
12. between 8 and 10 am tomorrow to instruct you on delivery. The 
13. delivery will be exhausting so I advise you to be rested. If we 
14. monitor you getting the money early, we might call you early to
15. arrange an earlier delivery of the money and hence a earlier 
16. delivery pickup of your daughter.
17. Any deviation of my instructions will result in the immediate 
18. execution of your daughter. You will also be denied her remains
19. for proper burial. The two gentlemen watching over your daughter 
20. do not particularly like you so I advise you not to provoke them. 
21. Speaking to anyone about your situation, such as Police, F.B.I.,
22. etc., will result in your daughter being beheaded. If we catch you 
23. talking to a stray dog, she dies. If you alert bank authorities, she
24. dies. If the money is in any way marked or tampered with, she dies.
25. You will be scanned for electronic devices and if any are found, she
26. dies. You can try to deceive us but be warned that we are familiar
27. with Law enforcement countermeasures and tactics. You stand a 99% 
28. chance of killing your daughter if you try to out smart us. Follow
29. our instructions and you stand a 100% chance of getting her back. 
30. You and your family are under constant scrutiny as well as the 
31. authorities. Don't try to grow a brain John. You are not the only
32. fat cat around so don't think that killing will be difficult. Don't
33. underestimate us John. Use that good southern common sense of yours. 
34. It is up to you now John!

Personality traits that may be recognized by someone that knows an individual who was in  Boulder, CO on Christmas day 1996:
   
Judgmental:  strong or persistently expressed opinions about organized religion,  capitalism and US participation in global affairs.
 
Cold:  one perceived as capable of acting without compassion that very well may be violent toward others, set fires or killed  animals in the past. Kidnap interest: may have described a fantasy or the risks of what it would be like to abduct someone. Fascination and fantasy regarding little girls and boys. 

Secretive: maintains spaces or possessions he is extremely protective of that is strictly off limits to others.

Bondage: discussed, demonstrated or practiced the construction of garrotes and/or other strangulation devices and body  restraints on himself or others.
 
Stun Gun: having a stun gun and paid excessive attention to it by frequent maintenance, display and practice using it.

The Black Sharpie marker used to print the ransom note.

The ransom note was printed on three pages of white paper from a note pad seen on a counter located in the back hall way of the first floor next to the kitchen. The killer open the note pad to the middle and started the ransom note.

The writer used a black Sharper marker to print the three page ransom note. He started with a Mr. and Mrs. and then started over. That first page was never found, so he took it with him.

The marker used was from a out of production supply and was not made for many years, before 1991.

Page one and two was from a new tip marker and the killer change markers on page three to a flat old tip marker to complete the three page ransom note. Page three has a 50% wider print stile because of the use of marker two, and older used marker.

The killer left his marker in a Orange can under the kitchen phone were the family kept pens. Boulder police match the WATER base ink to that one Sharper marker that was use to print the ransom note.

Water base markers of this type was hard to fine and that type of ink was out of product for many years.

Note: Arties use water base Sharpie markers to protect their art work from ink damage. This is a clue left by the killer of JonBenet.

Page thee of the ransom note was Dog Eared at the bottom left page. This is a clue left by the killer.

Our lab tested the printing and stile of the ransom note and our tests show us it takes between 20 to 30 minutes to print the ransom note before the crime. Thirty minutes would be the best time to use in the crime scene profile.

Why the brown paper bag?

 “Take in Take out” is a term use by mountain climbers to protect the parks from people’s damage from human waste.
Using a brown  paper bag to hold human waste has been use for many years in the parks by rock climbers and trail guilds.
Storing the human waste in  brown paper bags and then storing it in the climbers back pack in till they leave the park.
This helps keep the parks clean from human  waste and it’s damaging effects to the parks.
If the killer’s plans was to have the ransom money put into a brown paper bag and then he  places the brown paper money bag into his backpack, this may help hide the money from a surprise police search if he was stop and  question by the police on his travels, the police may not check the brown paper bags in the backpack because it is known as a human  waste bag used by climbers.
The range of fecal weights produced by individuals varies between 0.75 ounce and 0.66 pounds per day. 
This may be how the killer was thinking as he printed the ransom note.

The uses of brown  paper bags by rock climbers and hikers teaches this person not to leave trace evidence in his travels to where he has been.

Profile the ransom note.

Information:

Materials used to write RN. "the Ransom Note was drafted on  paper taken from the middle of a pad of paper located in the  Ramsey’s home and with a pen found in the kitchen. Additional  sheets were missing from the pad and were never located in the    home. The pen used to write the Ransom Note was sourced to  the Ramsey’s home and found placed back in its normal place by  the phone. Also, there was another page in the pad that had  written on it "Mr. and Mrs. I," which some believe to have been an  early "false start" of the Ransom Note. Tests show that it take 30  minutes to print the Ransom Note.

Character revelations from the handwriting: Our lab produce these profiles.

Clues left by the killer of Jonbenet Ransey.

Next to the body was a imprint made in the salt covering the cold wet concrete wine cellar floor.

An imprint was found in the salt coating covering the wine cellar concrete floor next to where Jonbenet body was found.
The  imprint looks like a carabiner imprint use by rockclimbers and trail guilds.
This smaller size carabiner is commonly use like a  key ring.
This small carabiner could hold items like a small pulley use with nylon cords.
The ice climber’s tools of the trade.

What is this kind of tool?

A carabiner  or karabiner is a metal loop with a sprung gate used to quickly and reversibly connect  components in safety-critical systems.
The word is a shortened form of "Karabinerhaken", German for  "spring hook for a carbine"  Carabiner  Carabiners are widely used in rope-intensive activities such as  climbing, caving, sailing, rope rescue, construction, industrial rope  work, and window cleaning.
They are made from both steel and  aluminium.
Those used in sports tend to be of a lighter weight than  those used in commercial applications and rope rescue.

Carabiners come in four characteristic shapes: 
1.Oval: Symmetric. Most basic and utilitarian, also the least expensive. Smooth regular curves are gentle on equipment and  allow easy repositioning of loads. Their greatest disadvantage is that a load is shared equally on both the strong solid spine and  the weaker gated axis. 

2.D: Asymmetric shape transfers the majority of their load onto the spine, the carabiner's strongest axis. Slightly more  expensive. 

3.Offset-D: Variant of a D with a greater asymmetry, allowing for a wider gate opening. Still more expensive.

4.Pear/HMS: Specialized oversized offset-D's used in belaying. Most expensive and heaviest carabiner.

What Is the Difference Between "Bring" and "Take"? 

Whether you use “bring” or “take” generally depends on your point of reference for the action.   
Bring
Bring means to bear HERE or move TOWARD the speaker/writer.
Bring is a verb used to show a  motion towards you.
What this means is that you use bring when something is coming your way. 

Take
Take means to bear THERE or to take AWAY from the speaker/writer.
Take is a verb used to show  motion away from you.
What this means is that you use take when your are moving something away  from you. 
The use of bring and take is confusing for some.
The choice between bring or take depends on the  location of the speaker/writer.
If the speaker/writer refers to something that is at his current location,  he uses bring.
Generally, use bring when something moves from there to here.   
Remember: Bring shows movement toward the writer:   bring----> speaker/writer Take shows movement away from the writer:

The note is 36 lines long; extreme for a ransom note.
Anxiety is seen as the length is an attempt to persuade.

Was the killer going to be in the house or out side the house  the next moring between 8:00 am and 10:00 am to call and give instructions that would complete this crime.
The finish  basement had a phone located next to the laundry room that the killer could easy use to make that call as he monitor the family.

We are getting close in this case.

The official report show us that JonBenet was hit in the head at the time of death.

Just out side the North side of the Ransey's house was a Butler kitchen service door. This is on the side yard of the house. Next to this door a few feet away was a child ball bat. The police found this bat on a rock wall and tested it for fibers, Fiber found on the ball bat match the carpet fiber next to where Jonbenet was killed in the basement.

Damage to Jonbenet head match the shape and side of the knob end of the child ball bat.

The Knob end shape and size of the bat was consistent with  the damage made to the right side of JonBenet head.
The bat  found out side the Butler door had carpet fibers on the bat’s  surface as those found in the Ramsey’s basement.

The Butler door was found open and unlock that early morning by police. This door was just a few feet from the basement door were JonBenet was taken and killed.

The report call the head damage a Contusion.

Contusion:

Another name for a bruise. 
A bruise, or  contusion, is caused when blood vessels are damaged or  broken as the result of a blow to the skin (be it bumping  against something or hitting yourself with a hammer).
The  raised area of a bump or bruise results from blood leaking  from these injured blood vessels into the tissues as well  as from the body's response to the injury.
A purplish, flat  bruise that occurs when blood leaks out into the top layers  of skin is referred to as an ecchymosis. 
Bruises often induce pain, but small bruises are not  normally dangerous alone.
Sometimes bruises can be  serious, leading to other more life-threatening forms of  hematoma, such as when associated with serious  injuries, including fractures and more severe internal  bleeding.
The likelihood and severity of bruising depends  on many factors, including type and healthiness of  affected tissues.
Minor bruises may be easily recognized  in people with light skin color by characteristic blue or  purple appearance (idiomatically described as "black and  blue") in the days following the injury.

This child ball bat was not source to the Ramsey family.
