Hello everyone.

I am interested in miscarriage of justice cases and the people who fight to highlight them after meeting a few people who fight for their family members who have been sentenced under JE (joint enterprise law) and the injustice many face .

I find the Joint Enterprise Law totally confusing.  People who weren't even present at the time of the crime could be found guilty.
I thought it had been rescinded.

It has been advised to be used with extreme caution but of course that doesn't help those who have already been sentenced by it ,nit is very confusing and scary how it was used to convict totally innocent people
