What has getting through the window with a child got to do with anything when there were two doors?

This man is clearly ignoring any possible alternative.

IMO he is cherry picking evidence which suits him -  and ignoring anything which contradicts or disproves it.

Kate's first thought on seeing the open window was that an intruder had entered the bedroom and taken Madeleine.
That would be the very first thought of any mother in those first minutes and in those circumstances IMO.    That is what he is referring to IMO

Later the McCanns realised that there were other possibilities and alternatives.    But he fails to mention any of that - preferring to give the impression that the McCann's claim that Madeleine was removed  by an abductor through the window is still what they believe today to be the only possibility.    Absolute nonsense.

Anyone can make a case against anyone by using those 'selective' tactics.   Especially when they are never challenged by anyone at the time they make them.

The notion that innocence prevails over guilt – when there is no evidence to the contrary – is what separates civilization from barbarism.    Unfortunately, there are remains of barbarism among us.    Until very recently, it headed the PJ in Portimão. I hope he was the last one.

Could the McCanns ever agree with him?  It grates with me when they insist the abductor came through the window.

Did he see the window open and the shutters up?

Dimensions of window aperture?
Height of lower edge of window above FFL?.
"Dimensions" of abductor and child?
Mass of child?.
Obstructions to aperture?
Is it a one man or mulitiple men job?
Get yerself a good text book on ergonomics.
Read mark inwardly digest.
Plot it all out and form your own opinion.
Without knowing the window dimensions or how many people were involved you will be guessing [or p*****g in the wind as we say].

I'll return in 20 pages to check progress  @)(++(*

You would think Moita Flores would have provided the detail but he doesn't.

I think this is a bit of a straw man argument, there were two doors, one was unlocked as far as we know. The window didn't need to be used to gain entry or for exiting

So why was it open, why were the shutters up?

This is the thought that struck me.  These so-called experts on the case are given free reign by PT TV to spout any old crap without any challenge or opposing view whatsoever.  Soooooo biased.

Can anyone explain why exiting via the window with a child would be a physical impossibility?
