What has getting through the window with a child got to do with anything when there were two doors?
This man is clearly ignoring any possible alternative.
IMO he is cherry picking evidence which suits him - and ignoring anything which contradicts or disproves it.
Kate's first thought on seeing the open window was that an intruder had entered the bedroom and taken Madeleine.
That would be the very first thought of any mother in those first minutes and in those circumstances IMO. That is what he is referring to IMO
Later the McCanns realised that there were other possibilities and alternatives. But he fails to mention any of that - preferring to give the impression that the McCann's claim that Madeleine was removed by an abductor through the window is still what they believe today to be the only possibility. Absolute nonsense.
Anyone can make a case against anyone by using those 'selective' tactics. Especially when they are never challenged by anyone at the time they make them.
