Did SC wash and change?

A resounding NO!

The first thing to consider is the calibre of firearm and velocity of bullets used.  Both were amongst the lowest powered on the market.  These types of firearms and bullets do not produce an abundance of blood spatter if indeed any.  The production of blood spatter is determined by a number of factors:

- calibre of firearm
- velocity of bullets
- anatomical location
- and many other factors

When blood spatter does present it is caused by high impact spatter and forms a fine mist spray.  Consider the barrel of the rifle which was closer to victims than the perp and when forensically analysed it didn't contain any such blood pattern only "smears" and "splashes".  However these "smears" and "splashes" were of such small quantity it wasn't even possible to group them.  They were more than likely created when the perp hit NB with the rifle.  If SC was the perp there's no reason she would be covered in victims' blood.  And if small quantities of blood were transferred to her person/nightdress how would the scientists distinguish between victims' blood and SC's?  Bearing in mind the tests used at the time using blood serology require relatively large samples to obtain a result.  Hence results could not be obtained from the rifle.  Also only 2 areas of SC's nightdress were tested.

Of course with the advent of DNA evidence this may well have shed new light on the matter.  Unlike the blood supposedly found in the silencer which had all been supposedly swabbed away for testing in 1985 meaning LCN DNA testing was used which presents contamination issues, visible blood on SC's nightdress could have been subjected to the more robust DNA testing technique using STR DNA testing had it not been destroyed!
Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

The case is based on myths, assumptions and pre-conceived ideas which are all wrong.

Most supporters, lay and professional, incl JB are either too thick or lazy or both to work stuff out.

And more importantly sort out the relevant from the irrelevant and what is capable of mounting a successful appeal and what isn't.
