BW was in no way implying that Jeremy put rats in her car. She was saying Jeremy put rats in June's car.

Why would he put rats in BW car ? He hated, resented and had complete contempt for June, not BW.

I cannot get the documentary up. But watched it in 2013.

Actually if it was BW's car, it would just confirm what the judge said , Jeremy was 'warped and callous'. Putting rats in the car of the farm secretary. Sick.

Adam in the absence of digital/satellite technology the timing of the phone calls are hopelessly unreliable.  Especially when JB was not formally interviewed until a month after the murders.  No one eg JB, JM, students, police etc would have any idea of the importance of the phone calls/times at the time of receiving the calls.  As I said it was over a month until the minutiae became important by which time memories fade.   

The judge in the OP trial refused to use witness testimony with regard to the sequence of screams as she said it unreliable.  Instead she relied on phone calls to provide a timeline - satellite/digital technology.

At least you are not doing what other people have done, defend Jeremy by saying his own WS is wrong !

Andrea, do we know with 100% certainty that Jeremy was responsible for all the immature pranks that have been laid at his feet. Also, given that most mothers will forgive their sons anything, was June really as tormented by his pranks as she is said to have been? BW viewed his japes as disrespectful but had he been her son she may have seen it differently............in fact there was a time when she did. She was lavishing praise on Jeremy's behaviour. I can accept the probability of his guilt but the misdemeanours dumped on him DON'T, IMO, make him guilty.
