Yes because-:
1) They lured him into the situation,
2) They battered him,
3) They left him unconscious and never got him help,
4) They stole from his house and took his car and
5) They never admitted guilt and/or shown remorse.
If you broke each individual crime up and added the medium term for each offence, it would be a lot more than 10 years. It could be argued that it was a homophobic attack but I don't think 20 years ago the law determined it as that.

the article i posted earlier show the first homophobic prosecution was 2006 ..but it doesn't mean that this was not one ...just sentencing guidelines differed ..if that law was in force at the time..KC would still be in prison now

So does anybody know when Kevin landed in London prior to the Rothwell Murder. Is there a Trail of this type of offence. When did he actually leave Scotland, where did he visit on route, were there any similar crimes committed around this time in other parts of the country. Perhaps Kevin could let us know his timeline.  8)-))) 8)-))) 8)-)))

Kevin has a history of pretending to be places where he is not. This is a known fact. Just the other night he posted on facebook that he had been in the town when in actualy fact he had been on this forum.

Who is Kevin Cragie

Now thats the million dollar question   8-)(--) 8-)(--) 8-)(--). But you do not get sent to a shool for unruley children for nothing. What transpired from leaving that school through to 1990 is anyones guess.

"Kevin Craigie, 33, who is serving a 12-year sentence for "joint enterprise to murder", also claims he was abused at the school".
That made me tut. You lived Kevin Craigie, Mr Rothwell did not. RIP Mr Rothwell.
