That's an interesting conversation, who is Ms Vickers?

That would be Mrs Rosemary Vickers, former Deputy Chairman of the Police Complaints Authority.  She took over from Mr Roland Moyle on 28 April 1991.

Did you notice the question that Bamber sent them asking why he hadn't been released yet?

I did - there were a couple of bits in there that made me chuckle, like when she said "his writing is very childish, is he backward?"

Yes I noticed that Weety, what a strange comment to make?

Was it you who asked for the pathologists reports?  Someone mentioned it earlier so I just wondered?

Yes, we were talking about what have been described as gouge marks on Sheila's arms and also whether or not the first wound to her neck would have led to her getting blood in her throat.

The pathology reports and the forensic science reports are going up this evening Weety.  I also believe the Dickinson Enquiry report has been processed and part of it is ready for upload to the server.  Busy evening admins?   8@??)(

They are doing well aren't they!

In this thread, is that Mike Tesko they're referring to? It appears that they think if it weren't for his influence JB would never have made the complaint. Makes you wonder if he wouldn't have just shut up and taken his punishment if it weren't for the encouragement.

Yes it is Mike Teskowski.  They spell it as Tomoski and he is well know to them apparently.  He even boasted that he had shared a cell with Bamber. Isn't it interesting that they are of the opinion that it was Teskowski who started this all up and is keeping it going?

They also seem to have met Jeremy and are well aware of his ploys?

Well if JB has been dragged along all these years by MT nutjobbery I almost feel sorry for him. Almost.

And yes, it's an insight into their (no longer) private opinion of both of them.

You will note Weety that the Brigadier mentioned was the previous deputy Chairman, Brigadier John Pownall OBE.
