Keep saying it as long as you like. You may well be correct but it doesn't matter. The case was not judged on Sr Amarals forensic knowledge it was judged on other matters and will now continue to be judged on points of law.
Thus far the judgment has been in Sr Amaral's favour.

I think we all are aware of that....but what many are not aware of is the fact that amaral was wrong on so many points...and it is very important that this is pointed out

Not important at all, as he is not involved in the investigation.

Operation Grange started at the beginning and have worked through all the information and are almost at completion without finding anything of significance.

Nothing Amaral says or has said can influence this investigation.
I believe everything. And l believe nothing.
I suspect everyone. And l suspect no one.

Why.

The appeal-court judges ignored that Amaral breached judicial secrecy, invalidating the defence invoked on Amaral's behalf

OR

If that isn't the case, the McCanns will not be granted leave to appeal.

They didn't ignore it ferryman, they completely rejected it;

because the 1st appellant, Gonçalo Amaral, was, until October 2, 2007, the coordinator of the criminal investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, he was, after his retirement on the 1st of July, 2008, subject to the duties of secrecy and reserve that are imposed to the employees that serve the Polícia Judiciária......

 it is clearly understood that such argumentation cannot be sustained......

 it is hardly understandable that an employee, even more a retired one, would have to keep said duties of secrecy and reserve, thus being limited in the exercise of his right to an opinion, concerning the interpretation of facts that were already made public by the judiciary authority, and widely debated (in fact, largely by initiative of the intervenients themselves) in the national and international media.

Without the case files uploaded onto the internet by Levy, do you believe the judges would have had the same view about information covered by judicial secrecy being publicly & widely available?

But they weren't released to the public. They were released to journalists with strict conditions attached. Otherwise.....the Sun would have had a field day, wouldn't they?

Who/what are journalists? Other than members of the public, who write stuff that other public look at ?

And where did you get the whole 'with strict conditions attached' bit from, or did you just imagine it?
