the court ruled the injuries were caused by the PJ...absolute fact

what evidence do you have that the judgement would not have been upheld in the Uk...none

Read what Luz posted.

Very original.

She had injuries, by persons unknown.

The Portuguese judgement would not have been upheld in the UK.

All the PJ officers previously accused by the murderess Leonor Cipriano were immediately considered innocent in her Court Sentence session.

you have criticised posters for cutting and pasting things they do not understand...

100% you do not understand what the article you have provided a link to means...not even an inkling...not a clue

The torture of Cipriano was proved in court and never overturned...as amarals conviction was never overturned...more evidence of the dishonest propaganda in this case

Why don't you ask Luz.

She appears quite neutral in this case.

You really need to read around.

Likewise, Correia's involvement in this case is also relevance.

Let's not forget either, Cipriano is a convicted murderer and liar.

just to clarify...the court accepted that cipriano was tortured in police custody but could not identify those responsible as cipriano had a bag over her head. Amarals conviction for covering up the torture has never been overturned. Those are the undisputed facts.
