It is very clear cut that how Madeleine disappeared from the apartment has not been determined, either by Rowley or Amaral.

IMO, as I have said before, barring a confession, that will remain the case.

But Amaral's words and video are on this forum without any objection, no qualifying of his words with "alledged"" in his opinion" "seems to" but Rowley's statement that Madeleine was abducted has to be subjected to "in his opinion".

Rowley can say anything he wishes, but 'abduction' is not proved.
