Had T7 have used the Mark Warner listening service this involved an employee listening at the door for signs of anything other than sleeping children? The McCanns often use this to justify what they were doing.
The McCanns claim they left the apartment for tapas via the patio doors which can't be locked from outside so unlocked. GM is on record saying the reason they did this was to avoid using the front door near the children's room and disturbing the children. Mrs Fenn heard the parents return at 11.45 pm on 1st May via the patio doors.
Given the purpose of the checks was to check for any crying why the need to even enter the apartments? Why not simply listen at the shutter? Did T7 carry out checks on their own children entering the apartments or did one member of the group simply go along and listen at each shutter?

I get the impression there was no fully agreed checking. They played it by ear. We don´t really know. We are depending on the T9 for our info and they were bound to be very defensive etc after Madeleine vanished

I agree.
The childminding system they implemented was discussed and agreed before they left the UK. The idea that 'they felt safe' is fanciful. How could they 'feel safe' to leave the children alone every night from a brochure. I mean how naive are these people? Or how clever they are to try and make us believe they did nothing wrong in leaving the children/babies unattended.

The listening service offered by Mark Warner wasn't available in Luz because the site wasn't suitable. The T9 version differed from the MW version too. In MW resorts the listeners didn't disappear from sight between checks, they were around. They were a uniformed and visible deterrent.
Another obvious difference was that other MW resorts were enclosed. The only people inside were other guests and enployees. Strangers were more likely to be noticed.

The reason I am Convinced of the 'listening service' is the time line.
As they claimed the children were checked every 30 mins a time line needed no collaberation.
Left the apartment at : 8.00 and follow every half hour until 10pm. It is very simple! 'erring umming and you know' in statements is seriously pathetic- two timelines and refusal to do a reconstitution for the police in charge of the investigation flags up MANY integrity issues IMO.

Yes, I just used a start time to convey a 30 min time line, and how easy it would have been- had it been implemented. And only one timeline would have sufficed.

What Facts? I wasn't attributing the start time to the tapas9 movements.
I used it as any start time to show 30 min intervals. it would be the same if the start time was 7.30 or 8.30. The point I was making is; had they really been checking every 30 mins as they claim there would have been no need to write up a time line -twice!

The original timeline is way more interesting than the revised version.

Believe the McCanns what? what crime are they innocent of- since NO crime has been declaired by EITHER police forces!
