It has been circulated for a few years now that the UK will introduce its own Human Rights Laws. Due to the fact that barristers were making millions on the backs of dodgy asylum claims.
People actually believe that human rights lawyers actually fight for justice, truth is it is easy money- mega bucks for little input- just ask my cousin. He is very honest about it.The likes of Messers Blair and Clooney swanning off about human rights abuse from murderers and criminals who deny others their human rights. Some cases would shock you!
Good news is the ECHR can't kill you or nuke your government if you ignore their findings.

I know other professionals do, but Human rights lawyers are held in high esteem on a false belief that they are protecting OUR human rights.

I know a lot more about that than you do , from people 'in the know'. Celebrities lend their egos to all sorts of causes, for money! Or do you think she is not being paid by some means- Oh you one of em thinking she does it because she actually cares?

...and all the while the human rights lawyer 'fights for the Yazidis' they also take money from the very war criminals who want to come back to the UK- because they have human rights too dontcha know!

Swanning of to far flung places being paid by what ever foundation to assist these poor women in Iraq... at the same time assisting the people who committed war crimes against them.
Isis brides are not innocent bystanders to the heinous crimes they committed to isis slaves- they have human rights too if you please.

All human rights lawyers are not the same...there was a large legal company associated with the Iraq war exploiting legal aid but there are some..like.Clooney fighting for the rights of the weakest in society...nothing to do with the McCann's case ...

Imo your argumnets are worthless and poorly thought through. Its not the lawyers who are wrong its the law and thats why Boris wants to cease the UK's agreemnet to the current ECHR law.
It odesnt matter how evil or guilty someone is they have to be represented by a lawyer when prosecuted...if they couldnt get a lawyer how could they be tried?

i'm actually glad the lawyers stopped the deportation of the recent criminals ...if they hadn't we would be seeing claims for compensation that would no doubt be successful.

You are talking about lawyers defending people accused of crimes- I am talking people who have no right to be in this country and we don't want them here using up tax payers money which could be better spent on tackling poverty!

UNITED NATIONS, March 10 (Thomson Reuters Foundation) - An Iraqi Yazidi woman held as a sex slave by Islamic State militants says her advocacy for other victims has left her completely exhausted and frustrated that her captors have not faced justice.

I am no such a person. MANY PEOPLE give up their time to help others, just because you don't -unless it is to spend hours defending a couple who went out drinking and dining on a supposed 'family holiday' and left their children alone then that makes you the martyr not me on this forum.
