I know this is not the correct forum but Ben's threads get so little attention sadly that I felt it needed to be posted here.
Ben is 24 years old today. I hope with all my heart that he is still on this mortal coil that he is well and happy and even if he is not aware that today is his birthday that this day brings him happiness. My thoughts are with his parents and family and their friends. My greatest wish is that he is found soon and that his family finally get the same governmental backing and financial support that the McCanns have to find him and bring him home.

I would second that and as you have posted this on Maddies forum would say the renewed hope that Ben may still be alive gives us all hope hat one day both of them will be found

Me too. This lad has too much of a wide turned up nose, compared to Ben. I think that is not a feature that would change so much, whatever age!

There is more of a likeness in the nose and lips here, but people's noses do change as cartilage is built up on the bridge, especially if the parental ones are prominent. From what I've read the shape of the pinna and lobe of the ear remain fairly constant throughout life, so perhaps photographs of these should by taken when children are young to compare, if the worst should happen.

Not necessarily I expect he just wants to move on. He says he is from Romania.
To be honest he also says he is 21 not 24.
He looks Eastern European, or actually like one of the squaddies I used to know in Cyprus.
He is supposed to have given DNA for a few days.
If it is Ben what a wonderful present for his mum.
She is so dignified, I would love for him to be found she has so much of my respect.

So what is the score here? Anyone who someone thinks looks like Ben Needham needs a dna test? Wont this man have a birth certificate, passport, ID card, school records, medical records, parents/ family....??
Or is it because his girlfriends family are Roma and everyone knows Roma steal children....
The man has obviously come forward to get his face out of the papers/police off his back.
