Title: Family and Police- Some Questions.
Post by: Joanne on January 14, 2014, 02:50:09 PM
Can I ask some questions please? Please excuse my ignorance and insensitivity, please report if I have gone too far.

 1) How many relatives did Mr (Neville) Bamber have and what are their names?
2) How many are still living (i.e. who could be asked to give further statements)?
3) How many relatives did Mrs Bamber have and how many are living and able to give statements?
4) How many police (in total including TFA's police) attended the scene and how many (if any, I'm guessing it might be nil) are still in the police? Names if known please.
5) Who agreed that Jeremy had shot his family?
6) How many people (either family/police or other) sold and/or profited via newspaper deals and/or books?

Good questions Jo.  I was just wondering if their are/were any relatives who believed in Jeremy's innocence!!

Sounds like a quiz

1)  Anthony Pargeter and Jackie Wood - niece and nephew.
Someone called Roly who I understand stayed at WHF at one time while June helped him off drugs.
Some relatives in New Zealand a guy called Chris Nevill who had a sister I'm not sure how they were related.

2)  Don't know if they're still living

3) Other than the ones we all know about ie Eatons/Boutflours the only other ones I know of are the Howie sisters who June's mother took in when they became orphans I think.  Think most are alive apart from Robert Boutflour.

4) Other than the ones we all know about I don't know.  The guy in the recent C5 docu I hadn't heard of before.

5) No one initially by way of EP or pathologist, ballistics etc.  It seemed to take on a life of its own as per Robert Boutflour's diary.  Stan Jones claimed he had early suspicions.

6) JM received 25k from NoW.  Rellies inherited the Bambers' estate.  I think the rellies contributed to Wilkes' book but I doubt they received anything for their input.

I'm not sure about Nevill's relatives in New Zealand.  I think the Howie sisters who I believe June's mother took in when they became orphans remained unconvinced of JB's guilt.  I don't think they were beneficiaries of the Bamber estate after JB's conviction  >@@(*&)
