Title: Interesting Relevant Documentaries.
Post by: Myster on January 05, 2013, 07:25:20 AM

I think Joanne linked to this "Lifers" video once before... nevertheless, if anyone hasn't seen it it's worth watching all the way through, if you can bear with the irritating adverts at the beginning. One of them has got the cheek to say most of his Christmas dinner is going to go in the bin (28:00 onwards)...... LIFERS (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=viRBcMx_pag&oref=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fresults%3Fsearch_query%3Dlifers%26oq%3Dlifers%26gs_l%3Dyoutube-reduced.3..0l4.14630.16063.0.16771.6.5.0.1.1.0.221.753.0j4j1.5.0...0.0...1ac.1.tS1YeDOPx70&has_verified=1)

John it was Ngb told Mrs Hall that he hadnt heard from Jeremy after his latest refusal and said he could be in suicide watch and next thing Rays on the forum joining Mike Tesko with the latest mumbo jumbo and Mrs Hall laughing about it.

She couldn't give a toss about her husband if she couldn't be bothered to visit him

She is acting like she is best mates with Patti, Maggie and Susie and cannot stand any of them

I have no idea what her game is but like people that claim to support Jeremy I am sure there is money involved somewhere

What possible reason would I have to make this story up

When Simon first told her about the new story he was at Kingston, she hasn't visited so it will be recorded as all prison conversations with lifers are

Jac, why is ngb involved in the Bamber case? Clearly, Sheila didn't shoot herself, and the police didn't do it, that's just silly, so that only leaves Bamber and/or an accomplice. Does ngb think Bamber will get out on a technicality?

Shona you know you and I disagree on Jeremy Bambers guilt.

You are 100% Jeremy Bamber is guilty but I am not a 100% Jeremy Bamber is innocent but I know that if I had been on the jury I would have been a not guilty because of reasonable doubt

Even John has said to me Jeremy could be the unluckiest person alive and not be guilty.

I haven't had any communication with Ngb for months, I never really got over the fact he accused me of giving out his personal details but he did help me a lot with all the Sarah Jakes stuff.
The last time we ever discussed Jeremy he still believed him to be innocent and also Mark Williams Thomas because I asked Mark that direct question.

For me I am still searching for answers

Cheers, Jac. I am 100% certain that Sheila is innocent. It's important to note that both boys had blood in their airways, and Nicholas had blood in his stomach, but Sheila didn't. She never even gasped or swallowed after the first shot, much less move about. Anyhoo. Have a good day, see you tonight.

Knowing what I do about the justice system and the evidence in the Bamber case I would still put his guilt at 98%.  Jackie is absolutely right when she says that he could be the unluckiest guy in the world but it is more likely he is the silliest.  Anyhow...aren't we a bit off topic here?   @)(++(*

Schizophrenia

A touching video in 2 parts about Missy, a 27 year old American woman who was diagnosed with schizophrenia when young.
I must admit that I welled up when her brother talked about his older sister's illness...,

A second video about Bob again a patient with schizophrenia whose devastating effects on his family are just as great as those with Missy...,

And finally Gerald...,

Just watched this video - Anschutz 525 with moderator... 10 rounds fired in 3 secs... if the twins were shot with the first 8 bullets, do you think that it would have been heard by Nevill and June, and/or could it have set off Crispy barking?..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bgz0lqGVouo (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bgz0lqGVouo)

... and do you think Sheila's capabilities with a rifle would match this girls... firing off one round in 10 seconds???..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXPJgKd67cI (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXPJgKd67cI)

It's just struck me looking at that first video (the slo-mo part) that those ejected cartridge shells are red hot through the combustion of the exploding propellant, and on a firearms enthusiast site I saw a while ago, a poster noted that when he fired a .22 once, an ejected shell rebounded and landed inside his shirt and burned his skin.

Could the same have happened to Nevill's back with the last four shots to the top and side of his head - one of the shells bouncing back off the wall or surround above the AGA and landing on the nape of his neck?

Thank you for posting those videos Myster. Every time I see the Anschütz .22 rimfire rifle being fired it never ceases to amaze how quiet it really is.  Compared to a 9mm weapon or a shotgun the .22 is really quiet so I am not in the least surprised that the neighbours heard nothing.

Only Jeremy Bamber could have chosen such an ineffective weapon to do such a dreadful deed but of course this was all part of his plan to frame Sheila for the murders.  No self-respecting professional hit-man would ever have used such a weapon, not that I believe for a single moment that a hit-man was actually involved in any event!

As the burn marks are circular surely this would mean that the bullet end would only have come into contact with Mr Bamber's skin for a picot second until if bounced off/fell to the gound?  If so would such limited contact have been capable of causing the burn marks?

Myster the example you give is surely different in that the shirt kept the bullet pressed to the skin for a period of time thus causing burn marks?

I have to say though it all sounds more logical than cigars, heating up various instruments, torture etc.

You may well be right Holly... it may not have been in contact with the skin long enough to cause a burn, although if it was lodged between the pyjama top and his skin it could have been held there by friction for a short period.

But the main problems with this theory are that the size of the largest burn at the top of the neck according to Vanezis was about 5/8" (16mm.) which is a lot larger than the circular base of a .22 brass cartridge case (about 7mm. diameter), and wouldn't one shell case produce just the one burn mark rather than three?
