You stated they had never met but they were in the same police station at the same time only feet away.  Davel seems to think Portimão cop shop is some sort of social club where detectives hobnob with suspects. The McCanns were there as official suspects, not as visitors expecting a handshake and a cup of tea.

So you think it is acceptable to tell another Moderator On Forum to Self Moderate, despite not being entirely wrong?

You have so seriously disappointed me.

But I will be after you on the next occasion that you are even remotely careless.

I didn't say it wasn't valid, I said it wasn't the same. My analogy referred to a certainty that another party wasn't aware of, so the 'actual' odds were different from their perspective (humans thought 1 million to one, aliens knew odds on - we gonna make it rain). But even a retard like me can concede that Mr and Mrs McCann, when doing their little mental risk assessment, could not have conceived 'abduction' as a possibility, despite their wanton neglect. So their calculated odds may be, say, 10,000-1. But your supposed abductor know different - he's thinking 5's max.
So, to reiterate, these odds - they're subjective. You think you know, but there's variables you know shirt about.
Poker? When they present it on the telly they can predict all odds of winning given the held cards  - the variables are known.

What evidence do you have that any abductor was male?

And how can you talk about 'odds' when the motive is unknown?

And let's not tell me to self moderate.  I would never do that to you.

Until then I’d barely heard of Sr Amaral. In the five months he held this job I never met him. Gerry did only once, very briefly.  madeleine:  Kate McCann

If that is what a police coordinator is supposed to do it just something else he slacked off on then.

She wasn't aware he was there watching her as she refused to answer the police questions but he was.  She was the prime suspect, not Gerry. It was Goncalo's job to oversee that interview.

Lol Jeremy Corbyn and John McDonnel, does anyone seriously think the great British public would vote in this pair of Marxist numpties?  @)(++(*

Sadly, I am distantly related to McDonnell and Diane Abbott, so it has been a bit difficult for me, along with a few other things.

The thing is that they weren't voted in as a Party.  But they were voted in as individuals.

PS.  My stepmother was Jewish, and much as I loathed the horrible old cow, I saw the fear and the fact that she pretended that my half brother wasn't a Jew.  And that was in 1950.  She wasn't wrong.  The Labour Party that she supported have turned on her and my Brother.  I hope that she isn't turning in her grave.

There is always much more to family differences than first seem apparent.  I am sick to my stomach with Corbyn.

It was the antisemitism that got to me as well (and no, I am not Jewish either, although some of my family are). If it had not been for that, I would have voted Labour, and I bet there were a number of other people who felt the same way.

This is what I believe, although I have never voted Labour.  My family never quite forgave me for that.  So it hasn't all been about Brexit.  But no one wants to talk about that.

Communism for Britain?  I don't care.  I don't live in England.  And France has always ignored Brussels when it suited them.

The French Health System is actually the best in the World.  My contribution is minuscule due to my awful British State Pension.  And if you are genuinely poor then you don't pay anything.  There are No Waiting Lists for anything.

However, I have never had to make use of it.  Either because I am disgustingly healthy, or because I don't need a Doctor to tell me how to deal with things that are largely obvious.

I have always believed that The EU is bad for Britain.  The EU has always taken the piss.
