Why did the Prosecutor decide that there was no evidence to warrant prosecution.

It seems to me that there are two possibilities:

Tavares and you have misinterpreted the evidence.

The Portuguese Prosecutor with support of the Portuguese Attorney General have misunerstood the evidence and the law.

Difficult choice- Middle ranking police officer (suffering from what is known as the prosecutor's fallacy) and a poster of misleading and  vapid videos on Youtube versus the whole Portuguese legal establishment!

The trial  McCanns v Gonçalo Amaral will go ahead

Included in video at 1.30 Chief Inspector Tavares de Almeida gave evidence in court (under oath) that:

CADAVER and BLOOD dogs alerted inside the McCann's apartment, villa and the McCanns hired car (rented three weeks after Madeleine's disappearance)

One of the dogs identified blood, the second identified the smell of a cadaver(dead body odour)

Gonçalo Amaral (the McCanns have spent) "...at least a MILLION POUNDS STERLING in seeking to oppress and supress ANYONE who dares to deviate from the abdiction theory/story."

McCanns face the TRUTH exposed in TRIAL against Gonçalo Amaral!

The dog handler Mr Grime specifically states that without further forensic evidence, dog alerts alone cannot confirm that cadaver odour was present. Tavares and others over interpret the available evidence. There is no confirming evidence that there was a cadaver in contact with any of the items sniffed by Eddie and Keela. It is important to understand that Eddie reacts to Cadaver odour AND dried blood whether from a living or dead person.

The prosecutor in the Bianca Jones case said Martin Grime's dog's findings is EVIDENCE that the toddler was killed.

The father was found GUILTY even though Bianca's body has never been found.

Cadaver dogs can have a bad day just as everyone else can.  That said however, one dog indicated the presence of human blood while the other indicated a cadaver. Making the huge assumption then that this was Madeleine McCann's blood and body is a step too far.  There is no other evidence to support this contention so at this stage it must be put down to speculation.

But Mr Grime himself says that dog reactions are merely indicative and do not prove anything until further forensic evidence confirms it; none was ever produced.

It is because of your failure to read all the files (including those antithetical to your beliefs) that makes your videos so obviously false and laughable. Each one is riddled with errors, misinterpretations and unsupported myths.

There is no 'proof' there, merely assertions from people with self interest. Even Mr Grime their handler does not claim to have proof that they never react to other scents.

You do not know the dogs' didn't alert to Madeleine's remains.

That is your belief, as is abduction.

No more.

No more.

Mr Grime states that as part of his formal evidence to the PJ. It is not my belief- it is his sworn testimony.

I do not claim that Madeleine was abducted, merely claiming (AS IS LOGICALLY NECESSARY) that it is a possibility.

By that logic, you should also consider she died in the apartment.

That has not been disproved.

Maybe this has already been ponted out, but anyway...
In Portugal the Public Ministry may only charge anyone when there are inequivocal evidences to convict a person/persons because as soon as the process is passed to the trial phase the investigation is closed and no more data can be added to the process.
In PT, criminal cases pass 3/4 (if we consider the first one) independent phases: 1) Denounce;  2) Inquiry/investigation; 3) Instruction (opcional), which the McCann could have used to keep the case open; and 4) Trial - on this last phase no new elements can be introduced. If something relevant is found/discovered that would imply to return to the Inquiry phase.

I have asked repeatedly for a cite for Arguidos having an absolute right to halt archiving a case. Such a cite has not been provided in over five years. Perhaps you can provide what others have failed to do.
