They hid dead bodies?
People die and it might take a day or two to find them "missing".

Mark Warner, OC? Anyone who happened to remember them and had their contact details?

The booking/admin staff would have that information, but would they give it to inauthorised people?

They'd open a museum at 5a if that were the case - the unluckiest holiday let since Alan Whicker first ironed his safari suit.

I don't have the e-book version of Kate's book,so purely from memory: wasn't the Ward of Court application to facilitate access to that kind of information?

Or it could have been obtained informally, via overlapping holiday-makers or simply asking at reception. Probably not standard practice, but there was an emergency. Don't know, TBH.

Onr question that needs to be answered is what really is the track record of the cadaver dog.

Do witness statements have any relevance at a trial?  Do dogs give witness statements?

I'm commenting on the post above... If you think the thread is going off topic then address that to the posters taking it off topic

And who might they be?  Who is taking the thread off topic?

One question that needs to be answered is what really is the track record of the cadaver dog.

Do we need a dog thread discussing this point?
