Miscarriage of Justice questionnaire for a research project.. Please read :)

Hello everyone! I'm completely new to this site and wondering if anyone could help me with a research project that i am currently working on..

I have created a questionnaire on the emotions and psychological impact of injustice cases..

If anyone is able to fill out this questionnaire i would be very thankful

1.   What types of experiences are faced when defendants are wrongly convicted and imprisoned?
2.   What would be the consequences of maintaining their innocence throughout the criminal justice process?
3.   What are the long-term psychological effects of the unlawful incarceration? 
4.   How did they cope with the wrongful arrest and conviction?
5.   Would these acquitted people ever be able to gain back their identity and sense of ‘freedom’ with clearance of their name upon release?
6.   Have any of the judicial principles changed in the current legal system improved?
7.   What are the areas of weakness in case construction?

Sorry noone has answered your questionnaire. Only one person I know on here has suffered a MOJ personally and it's difficult to answer your ?'s without direct experience. Good luck with your project.

Thank you for replying. I understand completely that nobody was able to answer these questions on a public forum like this due to obvious reasons.. I apologise. The project is going ok I think.. Currently on secondary research.. Would you be able to recommend any sites?
