Would it not be sexual molestation or assault of a minor ? - which is still a crime today.

Homosexuality?

If force was used on anyone that's rape, which was a crime then just as it is now.

Although technically, not so long ago, a husband could force his wife to have sex (in whatever form) and that was legal. Now it is classed as rape. It was also legal to use canes and leather belts to punish children in school. Barbaric!

The historic abuse investigations I am supporting is: actual bodily harm, grooming (offering money, toys, alcohol, drugs) to mentally, physically, sexualy abuse children and rape. I would also include to corrupt children- deny them of their childhood, and adulthood where sexual relations/intimacy can be very difficult, not to mention the continued mental torture during.and many years after the events. Self harming is rife for people affected by sexual abuse.

Sounds reasonable.
