Unfortunately most religions have those 'members' who are completely around the bend.

Rather like those fundamentalist Christians who believe in the creation.

Very true but I would argue none are as vicious or violent in this day and age. None will kill you for being an 'infidel' or an apostate ..... or for drawing a cartoon of their prophet! The huge difference is that radical muslims are fighting in many regions of the world to impose Sharia Law if it's not already in place .... it's a fact that in every part of the world where there are substantial muslim communities, they are revolting in various degrees!

It is a fact that most Muslims believe that the way forward for their religion is to go back to Sharia law.
