It is a disgrace, although disgrace is hardly the right word.

I do have some knowledge of The Caste System, and much as I disagree with it, it is not my place to interfere with Indian Customs.  But how two sisters can possibly be held responsible for what their brother did is completely beyond me.
Perhaps it is a fear that The Caste System is about to be abolished, and not before time.

Well, I and thousands of others think it must be our place to denounce this insanity, customs or no customs!
It  is obvious they are not responsible, but do these moronic men care?  In any case it is hardly the crime of the century eloping is it? Even if it was there I no earthly excuse for this dumb decision. The crime is the one being committed by these ignorant so called specimens of humanity, and if you want to excuse them as being somehow brainwashed by any particular system, this system needs to be smashed.

It's all tied up with religion/Hinduism.  I covered it in A level sociology (a p***y A level at that) and found it fascinating: the untouchables!  The whole thing is nuts IMO.

Another example of madness/medieval myths/religion/Islam:

It's no different in Little Britain really when the terminally ill want to die with dignity but they are forced to endure pain and suffering both mentally and physically as the bearded one in the sky (no not JC!) hasn't called them up!

Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?
