Hello

I registered a while ago, but never got round to introducing myself. I have been visiting the forum a few times a week and have found the opinions expressed very interesting. My main interest is in the Bamber case and I incline towards the opinion that there is a lack of compelling evidence to prove his guilt, although I admit that there is also no physical evidence to prove that Sheila did it. I just find it hard to understand how people can be so convinced that Bamber is guilty.

Good morning Harry, good to hear from you.

It has been a difficult  few hours on the forum, not the best time for new members but never fear we will try to answer your questions later today.

In a nutshell, the Bamber case came down to it being Jeremy or Sheila and as you have already pointed out there is an abundance of evidence which proves that Sheila was innocent of any wrong doing.  By default therefore this puts Jeremy with or without an accomplice firmly in the frame.

A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

Very simple Harry. There is a mountain of evidence that proves Sheila could not have committed the murders. Bamber himself proved and both sides accept either Sheila did it or Bamber did. If Sheila couldn't have done it Bamber is guilty.
That's the opinion of the courts and I totally agree with it.
