hi, ive found some very helpful reports on this site about the original case, thank you. but does anyone have any original crime scene photos they could post? i am reviewing the case for my final year uni dissertation. i have contacted the home office, as this is still classed as an open case, but i have to wait up to 30 working days for a reply, and then they could refuse me access to original reports and photos.

Numerous crime scene photos are scattered throughout many of the posts here, but these are usually of low definition and the most sensitive uncensored ones are unlikely ever to be in the public domain or even available to serious student investigators. You might have already discovered the most common ones with a quick Google search?...

Hi Debcarins and welcome to the forum  8((()*/

During the 90's Prof Herbert MacDonell undertook a review of soc images in connection with bloodstains within the main bedroom.  I will try and find out the whereabouts of the images he used.

Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

And this was his brief report...  http://watchingyouwatchingyme-steelmagnolia.blogspot.com/2011/02/jeremy-bamber-prof-herbert-leon-report.html

Thanks.  That will save me trying to fire up my old laptop to retrieve the report.

His conclusion based on a rifle being found elsewhere with a silencer attached which contained blood matching SC's blood group/type is clearly wrong.  The rifle found resting across SC's person was found sans silencer.  The silencer which was purchased for use with this particular rifle was found in a cupboard a day or so after EP no longer considered the property a soc.  As such it was JB's extended family who went on to find the silencer said to contain blood, paint and a single strand of hair.

Prof MacDonell's conclusion is based on the length of the rifle with silencer being too long for SC to inflict the gsw's sustained.  Afaik the pathologist did not take arm span measurements.  In any event it is meaningless.  The rifle was found resting across SC's person sans silencer.  The silencer was found by relatives days later in a gun cupboard.  SC could not have sustained her gsw's in the 1st floor bedroom before replacing the silencer in the ground floor gun cupboard.  Either SC's gsw's were self-inflicted and the silencer evidence fabricated or JB murdered SC with the silencer attached before detaching the silencer and replacing it in the cupboard.

Prof MacDonnell's report is useful from a bloodstain analaysis perspective but his conclusions are not based on bsa they are based on SC's inability to reach trigger with silencer attached to rifle and that does not assist in determining whether or not SC's gsw's were self-inflicted.

I concur with Holly, all photos ever made public can be found on this forum by doing a search.

A good starting point
