Not sure if I am doing this right,

I am interested in The Bamber Case as I have never been happy about his Conviction.  But I haven't read the forum yet.

Hi Eleanor...welcome to the forum.

Look forward to hearing what your thoughts are on the conviction.  Maybe you can tell us a little of how you became interested and why you think the conviction is unsafe.

Please feel free to be frank about your views, we don't bite.   8(0(*

As part of our registration protocol we always check the location of our members.  Are you on holiday or do you live permanently in such a lovely part of the world?

I live in France, and have done for twenty years now.  And yes, it is lovely, not least because everyone is so polite and kind, and go out of their way to be helpful.

I need to read up a bit on The Bamber Case, but there were some Evidence Photographs that I wasn't happy about.  And some doubts about a gun silencer.  At the very least it doesn't seem like a very safe conviction.
Also, I have seen too many Miscarriages of Justice in my life time, so perhaps I tend to be a bit picky about evidence.  And of course, I don't like what The Press do.

By the way, what do I have to do to get email notification of a reply, please?

Hi Eleanor

I hope you enjoy posting here.  I'm fairly new too.  I've spent the last few weeks reading up on the case but still undecided.  ?{)(**
Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

Thanks, Holly.  I shall do a bit of reading tomorrow.  I always assume that everyone is innocent until proven otherwise, to my satisfaction, and finding the guilty in a Court of Law doesn't always work for me.

Sorry, only catching up now Eleanor.

France is a beautiful country, you must really like it to have stayed 20 years.

The Bamber case appears unsafe until you look at all the evidence.  It does take a while so if you have specific questions we have lots of people on here who know the case inside out and will be happy to help you.
