The Blood Evidence At Trial
« on: April 01, 2013, 10:43:12 AM »
Having just finished reading Blood Relations by Roger Wilkes I was surprised to discover that the blood found in the silencer was found to match that of Sheila's Uncle, Mr Robert Boutflour.  Also the silencer was found by Jeremy's relatives and then transported to Oak Farm along with Sheila's blood stained clothing.  Despite Jeremy's defence being aware of these facts they chose not to bring them to the attention of the jury  >@@(*&)
Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

This is not actually true.  It is frequently claimed by Bamber supporters that the silencer was carried to Oak Farm wrapped in Sheila's bloodstained clothes.  This is often repeated by lazy researchers.  Careful reading of statements and trial evidences shows that none of this is true.  Additionally, other trial documents show that the blood evidence was examined very carefully and the jury requested clarification and the Judge and council went over everything again at length.

Of course Bamber supporters all, four of them, dismiss all this as lies and part of the great Masonic conspiracy.

The best thing you can do is throw all the books in the bin and read the sworn statements and forensic evidence available on this forum and you will then see how simple and obvious a case this is.

I have not posted on the Bamber case for that very reason but now that Ihave had the opportunity to read widely I can comment.

I will agree that much of the information contained within Bamber-related books is spculation and fantasy merely inserted to nuture debate and to sell those very books.

I have made notes about some of this as follows:

In David Shaws book at Part 16, he claims that both twins were shot face down which is nonsense.  truth being that one was shot in the back of the head while the other in the face.  He also goes on to say there is no evidence that nevill was severely wounded??  I ask you>>  "where does he gets such rubbish?"

Shaw also claims that he knows that a second gun was used and that Sheila was shot with two different guns in the attack yet the forensics again rules this out.

He does however write some useful information when he claims that jeremy sedated Sheila.  This may or may not be true, the forensics in as far as it can, does not bear this out.

Shaw also makes the claim that Jeremy Bamber was unmarked yet he did have strange marks on the back of a hand.

I hope this helps?

Oh no Outlook I don't believe the silencer was wrapped in the blood stained clothing.  According to witness statements the silencer was replaced in the box it was found in and taken to Oak Farm along with the blood stained clothing in the back of Ann Eaton's Ford Sierra.  There is no record of the two coming into contact.

Records show that after the jury were sent out to deliberate they returned and sought guidance from the judge.  They wanted to know if the blood found in the silencer was a "perfect match".  Of course no such thing existed.  I believe the jury were misled or misunderstood the exact definition of the blood results and their limitations.

For reasons unknown Geoffrey Rivlin QC decided against presenting to the jury the possibility that the silencer had been tampered with/contaminated.  The jury were unaware that Robert Boutflour, along with all other living relatives, provided a blood sample for the defence.  And that upon analysis Robert Boutflour's sample matched that found in the silencer and Sheila Caffell's.   >@@(*&)
