No -  but IMO in order to be fair we do have to accept that inconsistencies in statements do not automatically mean that 'someone is lying' which seems to be a claim being made by some people.

If their statements all tallied perfectly - then that would be suspicious IMO - as it would suggest collusion.

In the files - inconsistencies appear in statements made by people who were not part of the Tapas 9 - especially when it comes to their recollection of  'times'.   They can't all be right but I don't see any of those people being accused of lying.

I don't think I accused anyone of lying. I am agreeing with your view of witness statements being unreliable and extrapolating that the "timeline" cannot be used as an alibi by anyone.

Surely its having an irrefutable  alibi that stops someone being accused.
I believe everything. And l believe nothing.
I suspect everyone. And l suspect no one.

A crime has been committed in my apartment and I can't offer a proof where I was at the time of such crime. However, I can say I wasn't there or where I was, substantiated by testimonies, and I had nothing to do with it; conclusion, someone else did: So I am innocent.

Why should anyone question my declarations?!
I'm innocent.

I am sad that some people are so thick that they can't understand that when a CRIME occurs (whatever its nature), everyone in the immediate vicinity is automatically SUSPECT from a criminal investigation point of view.

Otherwise how could criminal investigations be carried on?!
Do you start by assuming that everyone close is innocent and only unknowns are possible suspects?!!!!!!!!

Delirious investigation theories might do it.......

Not being accused doesn't mean you are not suspect. Unless you provide a foolproof alibi you are a suspect.

In many US documentaries published by TVs you can find cases where 20, 30 year suspects were able to avoid justice...., and also many that were unjustly accused with scarcity of evidence.

Some people seem perfectly all right with the assumptions of the McMirror article that implied that PT should allow NSY to to the ground and interrogate people as they wished, as if they had any jurisdiction over foreign territory, and as if the individuals had no personal rights, but are okay with invoking "INNOCENCE", as a God given right to the only people that should be the first to be interrogated.

That is certainly true - at present. Who can tell what the future might hold?
