PJ and SY Merc, wrote the question wrong IMO.

Eek, after my havng a go at you yesterday, dare i ask,how did both forces write the question and what was wrong with it...i know sy was given a remit to investigate and some say it was just to investigate abductionbut i dont  think it was though publically they seem to havdbeen doing just that

PJ Final Report: "between ... and 22H00"
SY Redwood : "Primarily, we are focused on the area between ... and 10pm"
It's like an exam question that is impossible to answer because the question is written wrong.

There is no statement from any witness saying they saw the child relocating from apartment interior to outside the apartment, therefore to state a window end time is actually just assumption.

We also have JT, too scared to upset anyone,  mention she saw Maddie being abducted, but yeah apart from that wee bit of important information no buddy saw nuffin. And as it turns out- JT never saw Maddie being abducted after all, now she can sleep better knowing those vital minutes of a child being abducted are very important, were not lost after all. As can the parents, now they also know she was not an eye witness to the 'abduction'.

There was no  independent, eye witnesses who saw the children 'sleeping' as the favoured choice ' monitoring of the children was 'just listening for crying'. safe as houses method, has been used before I am told.
