Hello thank you for letting me join your forum.   I am interested in the sort of cases where a miscarriage of justice may have occurred.  This is mainly because of my course work and also through a friend who is a member of the Howard League for Penal Reform.  I have studied several cases where it is obvious that there has been a miscarriage.  I am also interested in the use of psychological evidence in court or during the preparation of the case.

It is quiet at the moment with most people just getting on with it.  The Bamber case is all but concluded as far as i can see and the simon hall one will probably go the same way too.  Not to worry, there is always something else coming along just to keep it interesting.
