It’s the Sun and as usual riddled with errors. If what was stated were true the case would have been declared inadmissible by now.

There is a lot there, stated that is true... Sceptics have completely misjudged the situation  IMO...

Riddle with errors?  A bit like Amaral’s book and DVD then.  I’m glad to see the Spice Girls are getting back together btw (unless that’s a an error too...)

Does anyone know how Amaral is getting on with sueing the last newspaper to make supposedly false allegations about him?

No.  Next question.

I wonder what might have prompted this article at this time?
Has the application been rejected and this is a way of trying to get the public on side?

I see the Mail is carrying a similar bullshit story. Probably a McCann Syndicate production.  8(0(*

I think it's, an excellent article... Putting amaral in his place..
And I doubt he has, any grounds to sue... The UK press can call him a, poisonous liar... I wonder what his, response, will be

Is the entire article " bullshit" or just  parts of it?
In your opinion  of course.

It's rather hard for supporters to read a story so critical of amaral

Surely he wouldn't sue as he is such a stalwart believer in free speech ?

Is there a need for Leveson 2 or will IPSO show some teeth, I wonder? The Editors of both newspapers are not taking notice of the Editor's code in my opinion;

1. Accuracy

i) The Press must take care not to publish inaccurate, misleading or distorted information or images, including headlines not supported by the text.

ii) A significant inaccuracy, misleading statement or distortion must be corrected, promptly and with due prominence, and — where appropriate — an apology published. In cases involving IPSO, due prominence should be as required by the regulator.

iii) A fair opportunity to reply to significant inaccuracies should be given, when reasonably called for.

iv) The Press, while free to editorialise and campaign, must distinguish clearly between comment, conjecture and fact.
