HHow about listening to those who were there, unlike you and Amaral?
1578 'And from where you were sat, what was your view like of the apartments''
Reply 'Erm well yeah I could see, I mean I could see the patio doors of ours and Gerry and Kates'.
1578 'How much of the patio doors''
Reply 'Erm well kind of the top half really'.
1578 'Okay'.
Reply "Yeah you know, I didn't get a full you know, you couldn't get a full view sort of right in, cos there were bushes, there were bushes and stuff there, erm'.

And Rachel was petite. The smallest in the group..
I repeat: that when we were there eating in the Tapas Restaurant, we could see most of the patio windows. Had someone gone across that patio to the door we would have seen them. I was 5'8" tall.
Amaral considered that no abductor would have used that route, Via the patio window, to attempt to enter to enter 5A because of the parents and friends closeness.
It interests me:
Why are you so keen for the front door not to have been used, when conditions point to it?
- Isolated, no one passed.
- In a deep recess
- very dark
- behind a tallish wall (pathway wall and the even taller wall between the pathway and the road alongside.)
-
Easy escape for a fit younger man over the wall into the road below, over the fairly tall wall onto the parking lot and scarper, or hide in the trees, or
- if he had a key, straight into 5A, close the door and escape via the patio door
Why are you so keen, Gunit, that the front door with all its plus features, was not used?
