DNA evidence from under the tiles in 5A and from the boot of the hire car.

The DNA from under the tiles was not linked to Madeleine.   If Madeleine had fallen and hid her head and bled onto the tiles,  do you not think that blood would have been in the grout of the tiles?   There was nothing in the grout of the tiles.  The boot didn't show DNA of Madeleine either,  five people were found in the soup of the swab.  It was a hire car it could be anyone's DNA.

I'm not a forensic scientist and don't consider myself qualified to answer those questions. I'm sure, however, there will be a scientific explanation for the DNA that was collected from certain places and not others.

Claiming it "didn't show DNA of Madeleine" is disingenuous imo. She could be a contributor. The results were "inconclusive".

I dont take offence... Ive listened to everything Wolters has said.. Everything points s to the fact he has this evidence..
Maddie died after being abductted from 5a...the parents are innocent.. Wolteers has the evidence.. My view..

Also the McCanns will win their case at the ECHR... It will be refferred back to the SC for reassessment... Amaral has not yet won

They lost. No referral back to the Supreme Court. And Amaral has won!

Indeed, Amaral won at the SC and nothing has changed - except that maybe he has had accounts unfrozen.

I'm not one for wallowing in schadenfreude (except that time Eric Cantona got banned for karate kicking a spectator, or when Thatcher died), but it would be interesting to see where he goes from here and who pays what and when all all that.

Jolly good show.  Amaral the convicted liar has won.  So much for Portugal whatever that might be.

In which case he might have to pay his Portuguese creditors.

I doubt money is going to be a problem for the foreseeable. That voodoo doll is actually looking like a more viable option.

Don't be ridiculous.  I have no desire for revenge.  This was not my child.  And besides, Amaral will be his own downfall in the end.

Downfall from what? At the very most, let's say CB is convicted (which won't happen), then all he's done is got it wrong; terribly wrong. But if being wrong was a crime Davel Gray would be on the FBI's Most Wanted List.
A fall from grace? He'd probably make more money on chat shows and interviews telling everyone how wrong he was and how right he thought he was.

I think it is possible that he has already made that inevitable.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

Onwards and Downwards.  It is all there to see with Amaral releasing the actual name of Brueckner.  And then The Dreadlocks and The Cartoons on Brueckner's van.  But somedybody caught him out with that video of Brueckner driving down through Spain on his way to The Algarve.

Why is Portugal doing nothing about this gross interference in the course of Justice?
