He’s terribly inadequate, and proof of that is how he wanted to be appear like a rich playboy. You can just imagine all the grandiose lies he used to tell people...in reality he was just a thick squirt.

Some women thought he was good-looking, but he hardly had movie star looks. More importantly, he didn’t seem to have a presence or ooze sex appeal; his sly, cowardly, greedy, arrogant character seeped through. The fact no-one liked him speaks volumes: they probably took the rise out of him, being a Walter Mitty and all that...telling ridiculous stories, trying to act cool and hard when he was just a wimp. He was and is just a lowlife and that’s why people avoided him.

It’s on Google somewhere (shall try to find it later this afternoon) where a reporter from one of the tabloids (can’t remember which one) was waiting with her in a hotel that the paper had paid for on the day the jury gave their verdict.

JB had asked for £100k to sell his story if he was found innocent. Not sure how much the paper finally agreed on, but doubt they’d have paid a nobody that much. Anyway, JB was sure he’d bamboozle the jury lol...hs girlfriend had bought balloons, banners, a big cake etc...Champagne on ice etc...

When the verdict came through she was so disappointed she walked out the hotel and narrowly got run over by a bus. I don’t know for sure, but I don’t think she’d known him long, Especializados as he’d been on remand for a year...so may have been a supporter...

Never heard about her since, so she moved on quickly, no doubt...

What's the story with Anji Greaves ?

Was she Bamber's girlfriend before Julie ? Bamber was with Julie prior to and after the massacre. He went abroad directly after they split and just before his arrest, so couldn't have got back with Greaves.   

If Anji Greaves was his girlfriend from years ago, what was she doing writing to him in prison, pre conviction ? Trying to jump on the gravy train if Bamber got aquited I suspect. She soon disappeared after the verdict.

Apparently, Bamber wrote over 100 letters to AG whilst he was on remand in Brixton. He had to satisfy his ardour somehow other than banging the bishop. She had their bags packed in a hotel room ready to be whisked away on holiday if he was acquitted, but after receiving the guilty verdict she walked out into the street in a daze and was almost run over... so the story goes.

Why did Scott Lomax think JM would have felt rejected & humiliated because she’d broken up with Bamber - she’d come to the realisation he’d just murdered 5 human beings - his own family - including 2 sleeping children
