The following day, the girl wondered whether she had been drugged. Feeling ‘shocked, angry and abused’ after hearing that Jeremy had told Julie about the episode, she called at the cottage while Jeremy was working. Julie recalled the girl describing a threesome and, when she confronted Jeremy, he told her that the girl was neurotic. Leaving Julie sobbing in the garden, he returned later and charged at the locked door, splintering it. Julie decided to believe him and broke off her friendship with the girl as he asked.

I don’t necessarily agree with CAL’s interpretation on the evidence but there’s no getting away from the fact it appears the girl in question ‘wondered whether she had been drugged’ & ‘She told detectives in 1985 that she had suddenly found herself in Jeremy’s bedroom with him, ‘on top of me having intercourse‘

I cannot accept that, as this is quite disturbing too, that Jeremy supposedly date raped a woman, next to his sleeping friend who woke up during the said rape.

Its despicable and it needs further investigation.

If the evidence backed this up, then I would definitely review my position.

However, stating that. I am of the belief, 99.99% that Julie lied, throughout her testamony.

These are very serious accusations and if wrong, I would expect JB or the CT to be following this up.

This could damage his support network and the CT need to do everything within its power to dismiss these claims,as unreliable at the very least.

I do not visit the CT site, therefore I am serious when I ask 'Have they done this?'

It turned out Simon Hall and Jamie Barker had burgled a business premises on the same night he murdered Joan Albert. This fact didn’t become known to me until Nov 2012 - 11 years after the murder.

There was another girl and her mother at the Chequers with Sarah but she went back to Bamber’s cottage on her own apparently. Wonder if the police ever interviewed the other girl and her mother ?

It turned out Simon Hall and Jamie Barker had burgled a business premises on the same night he murdered Joan Albert. This fact didn’t become known to me until Nov 2012 - 11 years after the murder.

On the night I was made aware of this fact I contacted Halls mother who eventually admitted she knew about it, as some of the stolen goods had ended up in her back garden but she told me she would deny it and call me a liar if it ever got out.

I relayed this ‘omission’ to Dr Michael Naughton & Gabe Tan who said they eventually spoke with Lynne Hall and she didn’t deny it but they both refused to put anything in writing to me or anyone else as far as I know nor did they ever disclose what had been discussed by them all.

Why did Bamber allegedly take the girl upstairs to bed with Marsden AA when they could have remained downstairs?

I have no idea, well I do but it cannot be substantiated unless you get Bamber on here and allow him to answer these questions.

The longer its taking for him to reply, the more I feel he has the CT scrutinising us all, especially me.

Am i trying to trap him?  No!  Most definately not.  I believe, wholeheartedly he did not kill his family.

If he says he won't do it - then I shall Appeal that decision.

How many beds were in the house at the time?

Was one bedroom being used for storage or anything similar, therefore unusable?

Did Jeremy know beforehand (without question), did he state in previous statements that he knew CM was sleeping in another room when he was questioned about this?

It's not the norm, but what has been throughout this whole case?  if Jeremy was 'open' about his sexuality, or rather not embarrassed or shy about his sexual performance in front of others...(and many people are very open, it neither makes them murderers or abusers) then he may not have realised CM was in the bed upon him entering it immediately, but recognised he was a very short time later, but carried on?

This does not make his actions to be as perverse as one makes it out to be.

This has nothing to do with Bamber’s sexuality AA and everything to do with the fact that Bamber, and his friend, may have drugged and raped a girl they picked up at the Chequers ?

Didn’t Anji say she met Bamber when he went to Virginia’s Mums house ?
