So, just to be clear, you're saying that blood or tissue would never find its way inside a silencer and that physics proves it to be impossible?

Holly, can  you PLEASE answer this question? You set a challenge and if I don't have clarity I can't attempt to take it on. You previously said you weren't saying it  was impossible but now you're saying that it's beyond physics?

Hopefully I can get them blocked. Interesting that he doesn't seem to have a problem with anyone else.
He’s gone.  He had a problem with me too, because I suggested he might be being a little over sensitive.  Strange chap, and now I’ll never know why he (claimed he) believed JB was guilty. :-(

And she was found laying down...

And it’s obvious why...
OK, why was she lying down in your opinion?

Do you think I haven't pored over this with a magnifying glass?!

It wasn't "virtually certain" at all that blood would deposit in/on the barrel if the silencer wasn't attached.

From a book authored by Dr Vincent DiMaio - The Pathology Of Gunshot Wounds:

Page 326

"Absence of blood on or in the barrel does not preclude a close range or contact wound".

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vincent_Di_Maio

Brie my challenge to you: find a case, test fire, forensic research, absolutely anything, where blood is found inside a silencer as a result of the 'drawback' phenomenon. I'll give you a clue the physics behind the whole proposition make it impossible.
What do you think "Absence of blood on or in the barrel does not preclude a close range or contact wound" means?

Exactly what it says ie contact wounds do not always result with blood presenting in/on barrels.
Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

I think that is right, but it doesn't tell us what percentage results with blood presenting in/on barrels/silencers.
We have to include silencers as well as barrels.

For you said to Brie "Brie my challenge to you: find a case, test fire, forensic research, absolutely anything, where blood is found inside a silencer as a result of the 'drawback' phenomenon. I'll give you a clue the physics behind the whole proposition make it impossible."
The same physics is happening when the gun has or hasn't got the silencer on it.

Do you accept this?

I think you and I are asking the same question.  Wait and see if we can resolve the physics issue, for my main understanding is understanding physics.

She issued me a challenge which I intend to take BUT in order to do so, I need to know her exact stance because I'm not researching something just to have her come back with an excuse. Bit fed up with those recently.

Again .....

Especially when both pathologists at trial described SC as partially upright when she sustained both gsw's.

That’s why Jeremy had to pull her downwards...to pull out the bedside cabinet and unplug the bedroom telephone.

Fancy leaving one of the legs on top of Sheila’s hair...he’s not clever at all

I read that too (but can't recall where).

I doubt, however, whether Jeremy would have been able to persuade Nevill to buy something he didn't want to buy.

Jeremy was very, very manipulative

He told Nevill how he’d read about that rifle and how accurate it was, so why wouldn’t Nevill be persuaded in the gun shop, especially as the shop were eager to sell him such an expensive rifle? I think it cost about £3,000 in today’s money, so you can guarantee the assistant would have agreed with Jeremy.

It is the difficulty of shooting someone upward from under their chin that makes me think the initial shot has to be a suicide shot rather than murder.

Yes, Sheila was sitting up, terrified...against the bedside cabinet when evil Jeremy Bamber came to kill her; hence why he had to drag her body by her feet (keeping her foot pointed as she was dead) to unplug the telephone behind the cabinet

Oh, and although he’s thick, even he realised he’d have to shoot Sheila in her neck ...
