I have had a premonition about the royal family already, some years back now.
"It was that Charles would reign for just 1 year and then abdicate and let William take over."  Something to that effect.  But if we have to wait until the Queen dies first we might not be around to see it.
This is an ideal premonition for me as I don't feel morally bound to step in and prevent it from happening.
If someone thought it terribly wrong to have Charles as king there could be action taken to prevent that from happening. But I don't feel any need to alter the prediction.

its ideal because it probably will never be tested...how many years do we have to wait.

That's not a premonition, that's a prediction. A rubbish one, given the current souring of that particular relationship.
If you could see your way clear to having a premonition regarding the abolition of the monarchy and maybe throw in civil war, I'll go get my red flag out of the cupboard.

While the McCann case remains unsolved it is then still possible for a psychic to solve the case.

Was the burning of Marysville a premonition or a prediction?  There is a difference IMO for I could predict the weather to be fine tomorrow, but if I dreamt about going to the beach tomorrow I might call that a premonition.

If the information comes to me in a dream I'd always call it a premonition.

no it isnt because its a fallacy. No psychic has ever solved a case before

What does the red flag represent to you?
New Zealand and Australia still have the British monarch as the head of state.   Having Charles as the king might be enough to fire up the republican movement.

I should stay in the cupboard with the flag if I were you.

I don't think so, somehow.  Especially New Zealand.

That's not strictly true. A psychic could solve a case by chance, or by conventional deduction. They may already have.
That first case on the Reader's Digest thing actually had the psychic literally stumble across a decent steer which led to an arrest. This obviously validated her 'powers' for those susceptible to confirmation bias.

Then it's not been solved by psychic ability which was I believe the point being made.
